Nahh, I didn't die, I am just fed up now. Expecially with 14 year old morons, you tend yo be that when you are 10 years older than all the other ones that play this game.

I leave cause my time is used, I am fed up with overkills, traps, and how the game has become, there is not challenge left now, no fun left, I will keep Kaldae as a ranger character, if I even come back. All other chars have their pass scrambled etc..

I guess I will see ya when i read boards :)

I always find it pathetic to hear a mumer say bye. Its well more than likely that Kaldae will be back, it doesnnt please me as it never please me when a puke who promises i will never see his ugly face again cant keep his word.

Well, its happening to us all. I mean Xak isnt going to come back either. I too am tired of the overkill, the traps, and the immature players on this game that insist on making the game miserable for everyone. I have spent much of my time trying to prevent these players from even playing, but the management doesnt want to implement ideas for mume tests, mume bansites, or the following. Maybe one day MUME will again be playable for all the old characters. I am sad to see Kaldae of Ebolas leave this game.

I'm still addicted but, for the most part, pissed off as well. It's just too damn annoying these days. I guess I've been spoiled from MumeII, III, and IV. Those were the days. Of course, the skill level was lower back then, too. To make a long story short, this game SUCKS now:)

For the same reasons you stated, but more because there is no honor among thieves (tolman is one to talk! :)) )
I have played MUME for um, too many years now, and I should probably spend more time with something productive.

The final straw was being linkless slain by some players I thought I admired.
Its not one event that makes a decision, its a culmination of events, I just think now its my term to bid
adieu.

I really wish there would be a quick way to nuke all my chars, I remember it took Drom days.
I'ld really rather not waste that kinda time here....oh well....

Ackack, all I can say is MUME would be better if the immature dorks such as Shadrach left and more real players with a sense of honor stayed. Loved the :) after my name! I guess we both know why it was there :P

well that sucks :) kaldae was one of those good players who would xp your lowbies and help you re eq and stuff and who didnt whine so much, which was nice. Kaldae will miss you. grunge, i will miss you i think, even tho you were a bit to moody for my likes :) still your 'fight to awful every time!' attitude was kinda fun. and niccolo, goddamn czechs not the only one who do such things :)

I´ve played mume more or less 3 years. I was really addicted. Now I´ve made my record; I haven´t played mume for 3 months. The best way to stop mume is to: burn all maps, delete all aliases/triggers/bindings and finally get rid of the Internet account ;)
