Cruel: Consider that maybe you didnt get linkless flag until you were bad/awful or so and just kept autofleeing? If you like Donk et. al. i'm sure you'd also be aware he's not one to kill linkless players..

Situations where you dont have linkless flag and just get one like when you're low hps are questionable tho..but *comf* on death..

Donk semi-linklesskilled me once, but I didn't really mind. The thing
that got me later was that he wouldn't admit that my link was gone until
I was nearly dead and insisted that he just plain and simple rocked me.
Here was the situation:
i was running from hatch to ford away from Donk+Orc (i forgot who) when I
started to freeze a bit. Thinking I might lose link I spammed a few east and
hit a hide th. Midway through the spam my link dies. I reconnect on awful, die
one hit later. So, I wasn't technically linkless but when the orcs are in the
room and MUST have seen a reconnect message, i think its silly to insist that
it was all purely them rocking me. :) Just kinda funny.

ofcourse i had flag all the time... i dropped link!
but i hadnt even seen him, so it wasnt exactly in the middle of a fight
i really had to go to work, so i go warrens, drop link in caved inn...

Well to Reivax I and Silm were laging really so that was the reason you always got
out so easily and our close spamming was in vain.If had had a better link who
