Personally I prefer high/max endurance, bless, brd, 5/5 sapphire on a thief to a bow any day. Thats like 140-150 ob hitting every half round vs an interruptible bow. Back when you could be mood wimpy and wield a bow I'd maybe give it the edge... but not now.
