Ack, I didn't know the pukes were there. Was NO time to turn off any non-pk triggers. I opened irondoor, went up, saw them and just SPAMMED in directions to escape. Was trying to run under strawmats and got LUCKY flee out. I have removed my auto-open trigger entirely so this does not happen again. It's a convenience for non-pk situations but I certainly don't want to be accused of cheating. It's something I just don't do, ever.

"no time to turn off" is NEVER an excuse, you have them on in any kind of pk situation and you are cheating, and will be demoted. Want to avoid it, dont have triggers at all!

nm tho...I guess the smart thing is to remove all things that show u use trigs from the log b4 u send it...



triggers rock and i don't know why they are illegal in the first place...instead ppl could just spam...I use triggers and will use until some1 discovers it

I dont see why you guys are ripping on Deor - he is just pointing out an obvious violation of "rules actions". For those that cant see from this, auto-dooropening trigger was used here. There is no doubt that this action is illegal. Seeing that there were pukes there he was trying to run from, obviously it was a pk situation. The rules are very explicit about this. Why is it so hard for people to understand that actions are illegal? There are a lot of people that deleted all of their actions such as autoflee, autoopen, etc., so they are not in violation of the rules - yet so many other people lately come up with excuses like "Oh, I didnt know I was gonna be in a pk situation sitting in the warrens or dt", and get away with blatant action use. Gimme a break, its not like anyone needed those actions on for xp reasons in any situation shown so far in these recent logs.

Thanks for the constructive remark Fëagil. Now I have a way to have the
trigger and be sure of not using it in pfight. I am sure it can be a life-
saver against mobdeath.
I believe this was why Moonglum had the trigger, and if Fëagil's
suggestion is followed I see no real problem.
More importantly about the actionusers: Whether the rule is fair or not
is not the question. When using an action in pfight you show lack of respect
for the imms that built and maintain Mume as well as implemented the rules.
Furthermore, and this bothers me, you show complete lack of respect for those
of us who play the game by the rules. I suggest building some integrity, or
you will know that you are in effect despised by most players on Mume.

First day with these new hands (hig enter by accident) ... so anyway ... as I was saying ... I was CERTAIN a whole gaggle of pukes was standing in the room directly to my east. If not for that, I would have trapped ur butt in there with me and the mobs. And I do believe I had 5 quakes stored. BN tip of the day ... don't even try to to storequake a group that size, they won't all die and you will die for sure.
