Greetings, people of Arda.
The day before yesterday, I saddled my pack horse and went
on a trip from the Great Dwarven Mountains of the west and
through the beautiful landscape of Arda to the lovely
Rivendell.
On my way, I was admirering the work of the Ainu - the world
they have created for us to inhabit, the many details, the
fun and dangers they have made for us, so that we can enjoy
ourselves while living on Arda.
I came to think that so few people appreciate the work and
that Arda has become spoiled and ruined by the whining of
children that think they are warriors and greedy mercenaries.
I came to think of why I came to Arda. I came to enjoy the
people and to win renown also - to fight for what I believe
is good - but in a way that was enjoyable and with friends.
Not in a way where every step one would take in the fields
or on the road would echo of narrates of hate, whining and
begging - not to mention accusations of all kinds.
Therefore, I have taken my last ride through Arda. And that
ride did not encourage me to stay. Of the many good folks I
have known, most are gone. Those that are left, I hope will
influence this magnificent world in a good way - and turn
the state of which Arda is in now into something that's as
enjoyable as it once were.
My accomplishments are not great, but the experiences that
I have had cannot be measured in gold or in trophies.
I wish you all well journeys and most of all, wonderful and
enjoyable experiences.
