We should make a player organization for fair play, where we ban some sorts of unbalanced spells/skills/wizkilltactics, now that the gods doesn't do anything about it. examples- powertrack,call in pk,bashtraps,nsl. The only problem is how to attract players to this organization :P If Dorien had still been active, acess to mume.net for members only would be a rocking thing!

Great. We'll do away with anything unbalanced. Well, that means we could dump the following: bash, call lightning, backstab, track, large groups, scrolls, gleamings, smiting weapons, hide, stored teleport, shoot, max endurance, +4 attack spell, sanctuary spell, etc. Simply put: if we did away with everything someone things is overpowered, we'd all be running around piercing each other with rapiers and using magic missile on one another. There are no overpowered aspects of the game: there are simply skills that people use. If you can't live with that, move on.

Call has a huge range of damage, the average damage is good, the high end damage is unbelievable, but the low end of the scale absolutely sucks as this log shows.

fragile parchment is a nice item, but its way too much bother to use. you must take it out of pouch (or whatever) actually HOLD them item, then use it, then keep holding it. If it was a recite scroll like purple, that gave an aura for, say, 30 seconds, it would be much more useable.

Venal probably has some 630+ hps, so the first call was probably to a high wounded, and the second one put in on really low bad (close to awful but no show). Anyway, gotta watch out for that shit.

Well, shortly after this little encounter, I found out that I need a
time management class..was unable to get back to warrens after find tracks into
mormaeg (elf) & ran into magica and another on route to e priest...so my apoligies to venal since i was leading..we sorta got overkilled, but that is expected when trolls suntrapped. Not a whine, but apology to Venal.

Alot of my friends ask me why I play troll...the answer is simple..I like the
people there much better. Basically, the troll race is where i started to
seriously PK and thus its where I like spending most of my time. Its just
times like these that I question my logic. In defense of pukes, they could
of thought it was a portal trap, since iranon was around, but he dont even have
portal so thats that.

Last i checked charred staves do decay, in about 5-7 days. Of the last 5-6 i made i never used one, they all decayed :(
