I'm in an even worse state than enforcer...on campus and the entire network is bogged down since 95%(actually measured value) of students are running napster at any given moment can't get any better than 90% packet loss:(

Well then your network you ur campus sucks like ours, they are already 2 years busy makign our network better and still i am linkless average 1 hour of the 3 cause server keeps crashing suddenly all the time.... *snore*
