Why post this shit? obviously you didn't yell low lvl and feel like they're lame for pursuing you? :P
Raichu2001-03-06 21:27:51
They thought u were bn without armour worth fighting probably =P

I found it somewhat interesting. A level 4 who stays hidden through 6-7 searches. No wonder 50 flush t wont find a legend who's hidden.
Vorlin2001-03-06 22:02:42
He was in a forest room, that definitely helps. I'm not sure the hide/flush code uses player levels as part of its calculating, anyone know for sure? It might just rely on skills and stats.

I thought it was cute. But then I'm a sucker for low-lev BN logs :-) On the
other side I recently watched a level 1 elf who prayed to Rivendell scare away two
BNs who fled and yelled "We low level" :-)

Sucks when people use a bug that allows people to use an un-pracced skill better than those who have it maxxed.
Mandor2001-03-07 10:19:52
OM, you didn't notice that this lvl 4 BN had hide pracced to Very good.
Hide should ONLY look at the pracced percentage of the skill, not the level. Imho

I was the halfelf, and I did search thoroughly. But then again, I have really crap per, and it was a forest room.

And yes, we figured that you might be a lowbie (went hurt after first hit), but then again, you MIGHT as well have been a decent level, just low on hps from xping, or decent level with no armour. And as we didn't have any other urgent business, we thought to give it a try.
