You won't see this char in pk much at all anymore. I designed this char EXCLUSIVELY for solo pk: 1 on 1 versus bns. With Mume's current state, it is impossible to have a 'fair' fight. You can see what happens when you even try thanks to Stormy's demotion. People with bad links like mine CANNOT fight in huge groups, but with all of mume's current system geared for large groups, it makes it totally unplayable. So I guess I'll just use chars of mine that are MUCH less fun to play, and will just sit around waiting to trap people. If you see me on it won't be for pk.

The reason I didn't post the log of 2nd death is I considered it a 'fair' death (although I was still lagged as hell, and it did piss me off). I can understand a bn wanting a free 100k xp like that, and I have done it on occasion myself (but only to people I don't know or don't like, or call me names for killing them the first time) But for *9* people to go see if someone went to corpses? In fact I have. I still don't see how does this make it RISKY to trap people below tower, though. Yes, it might be risky for some people who don't have full shining and who don't know sewers, but come on, for Smrtak to claim that he took RISKS there sounds really pathetic.

I got tell if pukes around and I told em about what happened to cufdrup who died (n of tbad) in trap to a puke mage and a cleric and that bubby aschit tried to trap us in aschits home. The two pukes who killed cufdrup spammed n after their block decayed. All who pk know how it goes - a group leaves - other group asks where you going - someone says pukes - suddenly there are two groups (prim-example is always cave traps when like every darkie who suddenly pops runs there). So there are suddenly more ppl. As for the trap 2d of prist: that trap-spot is so obvious it hurts.

I am aware of both things, Smrtak. But let me hear you saying it, do you think you took a big risk doing what you did there last night? Yes or no?

As for taking risks. please explain to me where the risk is in having 8 trapping a thief. I think the rest of us just don't quite understand how brave and risky you were smrtak.

again - where is the diff if 2vs1 trap or 20vs1, except that most of the 20 get melee and no XP - so it is basically their loss - the enemy dies either way.

I second to Rogon, that was also my question. I'm sure you were about to wet your pants out of all the great exitement and risk permeating the air, but you have to excuse us if we couldn't quite feel it looking at the log. Hence the question.. I don't see Rogon as the most daring of players around, but let's face it, in this account, he beats you hands down. If you want to have an example of people who DO take risks, then may I suggest Petter or Blaine. I'm sure that even you can spot the difference. :)

On the other hand, if you don't care if you live or die, is it such a great "risk taking" to do things that is likely to get you killed? If you are going to feel you take a great risk, you also have to care if you lose or not. If i play troll and spend the day in lord with only 2 other trolls, i dont feel like its a great risktaking, since i dont care if i die or not. see my point?

I do not know why I was there to lure, I usually try to stay away from traps and do not like em. Guess that day wasn't my best, but afterall I was there and do not feel bad about it. For the 2on2, you told me you stabbed that one guy, I came and you asked what is the next door name, so I went in to check and went right back out, you came in and started to fight without any word. Eventhough I probably would not have joined for the trap, I did not know at that point that you were about to enter for the fight.

Wow, first I take Rogon's side a while back, now Rogon takes my side....mume must be about to crash permanantly :) I'm over the trap, I've killed a couple of the darkies involved (even if was other chars of theirs, it makes me feel a little better). However, it is truly insane to say you weren't under trap to trap. I believe you came tbad to xp/smob, since no sane group would think *me* worth the effort of moving more than a zone to kill me. However, going under trap to xp is not the safest way. As you said, it can be nasty trying to flee out. That's why every darkie group that clears tbad goes in Thirsty Ranger and kills the mobs as they arrive there: then they can easily flee into sewers where mobs don't follow. I have seen many of the same people in this log do it exactly that way. If they know the 'safe' way to do it, why in the hell would they do it the 'risky' way?
