well most are gonna flame me for this I think, but I collect puke receipts cause I think it's fun if lots of people get equip, and the main purpose I post this for is so that hopefully nsl will share with the other people who were there/online, since they most likely looted, and that's just too much eq to hoard for a lab

I have died linkless to rangers tick after i meet 3 pukes. When i reported it as bug, i got answer, that if mobs does more damage than pukes, it is considered as mobdeath. This feature sucks.

Pukes got me to Wounded, The died, then less then 2 ticks later (Prob closer to 1) DT poped and rilhir killed me. So pukes did like 300 to me, and rilhir did 100. I dunno I know the system is buggy but whatever ;p

well doesn't really matter to me I guess, I think the actual problem is I think that the tick that reset the zone might also reset damage done to people or some shit, so when zone repoped it was the same tick that cleared what has done damage to me, so when Rilhir hit me I think he got 100% damage rating. *shrug*

Hell, I got *2* mobdeaths there. 1 to initial repop (my leader kept spamming me straight back into mobs). 2nd death, bn makes new portal to dt, tells me to enter, so I do....and mobrip again (I hadn't realized exactly *how* bad things had gone in dt :P)

For mobdeath you lose exactly 1 level of xp, for pk death you lose 1% of your total xp. nazgums xp to level is something like 1.5M-2M, and a pk death something like 600-700k

My experience is that mobdeath costs 1 level and pk death costs 1% of your total xp. In other words, I completely agree with Rogon.

The problem is: xp from PKill is fixed to 100k, while xp loss from PKdeath is unlimited(1% of total xp).
As I understand, it is done to make level 100 unreachable. Thus leveling char to 60+ is quite pointless, unless
you enjoy releveling or want to play 100% safe. But of course there are DT's... *wink Rogon*

and that second level you loose only if u wasnt close to lvl before.

ok, for everyone here who obviously does not understand what happened, I said I lost TWO levels. Doing quick math cause I was pissed off I took 2000k per level, and since I was half way to leveling anyways I added some, saying I lost almost 5000k, which was wrong. What did happen, I died, which counted as a mobdeath due to stupid time delay of one tick, where I lost 2000k or so, and lost a level, but since we weren't sure pukes would re enter we went back, where I then pk died and lost another level (Which cost me at least 700k). If you read my comments I didn't post this to whine I died, or to beg for reimb, I posted it so whomever looted me would be forced to share my equip, rather then deny what I really had.
