I thought autowimpy-panics cancelled already started spells, and also I thought it wasn't possible to cast non-stored teleport after being approached?

as storeport guru if i have to say this is wierd. He got teleport as thief, he begins incant's when he's engaged, he panics and makes teleport, very fake port :P Wonder what happened.

A failed attempt to flee will not cancel any delayed command, only a successful
one will. "Help teleport" will tell you in which positions one is able to begin
an attempt at teleporting.

*Ack* that was ugly ....... I had already died twice in closables around tbad
within the last week ... including to Verminaard in that same location.
After this one I finaly have aliased those damn exits to that area ...
problem is I never noticed I entered there until it was too late. *kick self*
anyway once i realized i was in there I tried to find exits and get out.
I was also low on moves (just above tired when I entered) I kept spam moving
fleeing until I was exhausted. At this point I figured port was the only way
out. Fortunately, gimilzor was icy and didnt hit at the end. I ported with
11 hps and 0 mps *cackle* When I landed I thought I was in mandos .... but realized
I never got the you are dead message.
My experience with port has been as long as you
dont get hit it will go off. Couldnt do it against Verminaard cause he continually
spanked my ass. Because of that I will only port in a fight as a last resort.
I'm not sure what was up with the autowimpy trigger ... perhaps because I was
exhausted it didnt cancel .... I thouhgt that odd as well

as far as port goes with thief .... I don't think it has totally wrecked my
thief abilities .... I only have 2 mage spells, locate and port for perhaps
14-16 pracs total between the two. The percentage of my stab is still above
100. But perhaps the port is causing a problem and I havent noticed. I have always
chalked up missed stabs and low damage to changes made in stab with mume 6/7

Thing I dont get is I thought I was sneaking the whole time ....... yet he saw
every move ........ wish I had log to double check that.... Kind of nice to see
what these mages do that kick my ass one v one.

If the only exit is n, its not that hard to predict what way he is going to flee.
Press n + spell, n + spell untill he flees. Kinda basic pk knowledge i think. Some
are just to stupid to understand that i guess.
