Date : June 2nd (this Saturday)
Time : 15:00 local
Place: Black & Brown Inn, Mariatorget - Stockholm, Sweden
Plans: If nice weather we'll spend the afternoon outdoors, having beers
and chatting. If bad weather we'll stick to the pubs.
Where to sleep: IF you haven't arranged a place to sleep yet, I have had
some nice Swedes contacting me last minute offering
some floor-/bedspace. We'll settle it when we meet.
Since we're meeting in a pub - sure you can be carrying around beer
etc in bags/backpacks. If you open any container not bought there you'll
be thrown out head-first.
The pub in question does not have a doorman, so we should not face any
problems with people not being of legal age. Don't make an ass out of
yourself trying to buy beer if under-age though.
You'll be thrown out
and we'll all be without anywhere to be.
We'll meet up between 3-4pm at a nice pub. Here follows some directions
(if in doubt, print this out):
As stated - IF the weather is decent we will probably move to an outdoors
location (Mariatorget, or Djurgården perhaps). If so, bringing your own
drinks is a good thing. If you're running really late (*curse you*), you
can give me a call at +46 708 12 98 48. I will also try to supply the
bartender with information about where we all went.
1. Find Stockholm Central Station
2. Go to the subway, the central node is called "T-Centralen"
3. Take the RED LINE SOUTHBOUND FROM T-CENTRALEN,
towards "Fruangen" OR "Norsborg"
4. 3 stops away is station "Mariatorget". Get off the subway, see below.
5. Take the northernmost exit, labelled "Mariatorget". Now you will
see a park/square (if decent weather people will be playing boule).
At the north-eastern corner of this square there is a 7-11 minimart.
6. Enter Black & Brown Inn, on the other side of the road from 7-11.
7. Go to the inner rooms.
8. Look for geeky guys and an occasional girl. If I have time I'll make
some kind of MUME-sign. Don't count on it.
9. If you're really scared of talking to strangers, you could print
a picture of me from Destiny's page. ;-)
