Couldn't tell... history said something in the fog killed me. Later went out to check corpse, it was gone... just my horse remained where I died. But I did find *a grim Man* and *a Man* riding around with a mother eagle, who subsequently killed my naked self. So, as best I can guess, it was them.

Nothing is lame from the killer's perspective. In fact, from a strategic point of view, the orc was very clever to stand and wait in the fog for fresh meat. But for me, it was a very lame way to die, as I didn't even get to see who killed me, nor even get away. But the orc was probably quite pleased with the loot (embellished longbow, maxchanted fang, max thorn, gilded). Kudos to the orc for good strategy, and now I am throwing pracs into awareness :p

Pheh what will orc do with max (good) chanted fang or thorn. There is piles of fangs glittering on noc floors. Only useful item from ur corpse was maybe emb longbow & gilted for lowlevel thief.
