what exactly do you mean by 'right' ppl? and exactly how do you define the word
skill? sunaire the mage had to practice the skill charm, he obviously chose the correct
int/wis/wil (whatever) and he chose the right time to raid (lowbie/clueless orcs
around along with a charmed troll). The real points it seems is that the mountain
troll mob is obviously a very good (perhaps too good) of a mob to charm. Why flame
unknown? why not constructivly point out the flaws (or bug/abuse as you like to
call them). in other words grow the hell up?

Puke mage Solo'd GG, inside noc, that was overpowered imo. And dengue my average link is like 350ms, and I didn't have anything amazing for equipment, just a mountain troll. If gods make mountain trolls charmable why shouldn't you use them? I mean warriors can poison and I don't see many of those *COUGH COUGH FLAME ROGON*.. Whatever I just thought it was a funny log, because someone coded sloppy on mume and I could hang out inside for several hours. And btw I don't think it was shown in this log, but I did get jumped by like 8 orcs inside after alweon left, but they didn't chase so much since it's hard as hell to kill someone in noc if they know what they are doing (Even if they ARE a puke on 350ms link ;p)

Well part of the reason to post this log was to bring into light that the gambler's den inside noc is a safe haven for pukes since most (not all) mobs won't follow you there. It was really fun having GG+bodyguards on my ass for 1 min rl while i was trying to get out of noc trying to outspam over 4 *orcs* and 6 elites =p

The difference was I entered slag, and then never left noc for over 3 hours rl..
After just over 3 hours a group of 6 orcs + torment ended up being inside and I
was forced to leave.

Nice work abusing a room where regular noc defense won't come (seems regular mobs do track there) - I certainly hope you both get demoted for this since it was obviously intentional and you fully knew what you were doing.

The mountain troll is agg to anything but *a Troll* and the person charming it. Luckily I wasn't hit by it because we were spamming, but I have been before.

mages arnt overpowered but powerfull, I want such powerfull chars. Every char
should be powerfull and solo playable.

the thing is that any char would have been able to do the same thing if they had
a charmed troll with'em. Even bns and orcs if that was possible. THis has nothing
to do with mages being to powerful.
