Any char who has less than 250k tps above level 30 didnt move around much. 75k, sounds like he ran warrens-dt once/level to receipt eq to me.

Rogon you must be half brain dead. Trolls dont need many tps to level and 10k could easily take them to level 30. Maybe Deva didn't spam flee like you would need to and run away in some zone noone has ever been in and gain some tps.
