Make a max of 5 flee attempts? Make that fucking probability multiply 100 times more each time? Make attempts faster? Why ruin a good idea with these shitty, no good balanced flee attempts?

Sad thing about it is that it's a good idea... I never like the 'flee'-spam before, nothing roleplaying about that. And then this comes along that looks promising, and they mess it up so badly and can't just see how wrong it is.

Happened to me 2, I survived because of a max set, +3 fresh armour and shield max hp 157 and left at 17hp, . Damn please Ainu do something about it. I did amon a hundred times before the flee changes. I like Rogons idea to increase the prob. after each flee or increase the speed and maybe implement a 100% chance to flee after 8 panics!

Hmm... thought Rogon's idea was implemented already, guess it isn't and then it's a superb idea... increase the chance with like twice the chance, so the fourth attempt will be 8 times as more likely to go through then the first attempt. Logical and would save many mobdeaths, but not that many pkdeaths, since you'll eat bash after 2nd or 3rd anyways.

And I know those weren't smobs, but I'm sure there are certain areas that gods don't want solo players to be successful in. (BBT as an example, and I'm sure willow and lord would be included too)

Aschit, if places like amon are not to be soloed, why keep the thief class? The problem lies in groups of mobs (2+) in enclosed areas (1 exit). There's a lot of those, and u say thieves may not enter them nomore? Btw, 5 flee attempts with 9 hits isn't too shabby, yet still nothing compared to the 9-12 one would have had (to keep same level of fleeing, fleechance should be doubled, and i havent noticed it). For the rest, rocking new flee... has a few advantages.
