Well Laxe, here's some advice you can profit from: when a god gets pissy with you, shut up and move on. If it's a major problem (and 99.999999% of the time it is -not-) then send a log of what the IMM did to you to a higher power. Otherwise just figure that person doesn't like you and avoid them in the future. And if the immo answering had used tell then he could have conducted the conversation using tell, however he only got "The Ainulindalë whispers" responsed so he had no idea who to adress.

The whois police need to be more consistent. I have seen frequent profanity in many whoises, but I was forced to change the classic, hilarious, and inventive 'Master Baiter' I had in my title. If you whois the chars of several V, I'm sure you will notice there are a number with borderline taste/tact at best.
