One point not included in this log is that we had bugged him to get grouped REPEATEDLY and he ignored it, yet he hangs around us when we pk and steal a kill. I think killing his ass would have been justified, i'm just too damn nice. (and no, noone tried to kill him). *yawn*

nice try norsu. i raised and narrated only about a dozen tiems in the 5-10 minutes prior to this, asking who groups - group me - etc. you ignored me and then got all pissy when you lost a kill becuase of it. i thought this was funny.

I am confused. Why didn't you spend a few minutes editing the log to show all of these narrates? From the perspective of this log it looks like you just showed up and took the kill and that group had good reason to be unhappy.

first lochdale, this is all i kept from my "encounter" to a text file. second, i didn't post it to Prove anything. i know the facts, which are, they ignored my requests to be grouped, and then went predictably hostile after i got a solokill because of it. if you dont believe me, i dont care - i simply thought it was amusing.

Completely off-topic, but I don't have time to start a new one, just saw new preview for LotR movie...awesome. I mean, totally fucking awesome. Saw some moria scenes...awesome. Saw a real quick shot of a troll in action, I think troll fans will be happy. This movie is going to rock. :)

So basically, we are relying on your word that you sought to be grouped. Norsu has commented that he and others within his group urged you to group with them. Giving equal weight to the veracity of both opinions who do we believe? Well the old axiom in law is that the movant (in this case the log poster- Dispater) has the burden of overcoming any affirmitive defenses (Norsu's comment that he asked you to raise. Since you didn't highlight any of your attempts to get grouped in the log you have failed to meet your burder and thus, look like an petty arsehole.
