Digression: not sure about other clients, but on ZMud you can have settings inherited from a file. So you make a generic file for mume in general, have it be an inherited file, and then only have to make aliases/triggers/macros that are unique to a particular character. This helps keep 99% of your stuff for a mud standardized in one file to avoid such problems, and also makes creating a new character easier as you don't have to keep reinventing the wheel all the time. /par/ Now, on topic...*comfort*. Thought you had a shot near the end till he did the lava trick again.

Well him beeing able to do the lava thing when incaps still not understandable by me. Lava hurts and as log shows its only when Balrog cures himself(read absorb in log)
that it heals him. So how he can do that on incap is a riddle.

Curan. I have lead aprox 25 Balrog-trips. Not much, but still something. No fucking mobdeaths sofar. Only time when rescuing is reasonable and justified: someone is incap and u resc, so he will get lava-death, not mobdeath. Not that I had to use it yet, but I think it would be appropriate. I am not sure how the death-code works atm, so maybe you get mobdeath even if u lavadie these days.

Brawn group is always nice for Balrog . All dwarfs and 1 man usual. That man is me st Elebor.... I always say my prayers before we go but so far no mobdeaths. And have done it some 10-12 times with Brawn . So indeed choose the ones ya do with :)

The wording in the log is: The Balrog seems to draw energy from the lava and grows stronger. Now, the word 'draw' in ambiguous, if you draw a card in a card game you take the action physically, but you can draw strength from your friends without taking action of any sort. So I suppose it's up to Dain/management to decide whether the Balrog should be able to be healed by the lave when incapped. I say he should be, just on the principle that anything that makes the Balrog harder is better (philosophically-speaking). :)
