Cavern
The tunnel from the west has opened up into a large cavern. The cavern,
unlike the roughly carved tunnels, seems to be a natural occurence.
Stalactites hang pendulously from the ceiling, and the soft drip-drip of
water can be heard echoing from the south. A crudely bored exit mars the
beauty of the natural cavern to the north.
Exits: North East South West.

This appears to be just west of the center of the cavern.  The roofvaults up to dizzying heights and it is obvious that this cavern is a

This is the south-western end of the cavern.  The light of torches comes
from an opening in the west wall.  The roof is still beyond vision, and
the drip of water is very loud to the east.
The badly decayed head of an elven slave is spiked on a pole here.
A skull is here, spiked to the end of a pole.
