When I was a newbie (as original Perrin ... longsince deleted). i was following a legend for exp. HE dted. He told me to go in and get his stuff. he knew damn well it was a dt. Sure I was pissed, but still it was kinda funny. And I learned what a DT was. This dude learned not to kill the armourer. And perhaps not to kill human mobs in towns if he is a quick learner. Funny is my vote. Aram might suffer some lowering of align though if one of the involved parties complained to the gods or something.

I used to kill the beggars in Fornost when i was a total newbie... the guards didn't give a toss. With my first t-leaf i practised my bstab on one in Bree... which cost me 46 gold in citizenship. The authorities in Bree like their beggars. Lotta scroungers there... i guess u can see where i'm going with this, so i'll shut-up now :)

Well given that the guy was just learning his commands, hopefully he didn't lose much from that death and he learned something useful. IMHO there is a huge gap between an idiotic joke like that and abuse like what Grang was nuked for and I suspect that enough people agree that it would be a damn unpopular decision if Aram gets demoted for this.

It was funnier, and much less harmless, when legends would emote dropping kewl eq at SPPI and newbies couldn't find it etc. Or one time a newbie wanted to test out my warsword. I emoted gives you a great warsword and told him to wield it. Then when he couldn't find it and wouldn't give it back (cause he never had it) he got all nervous when accused of stealing equipment. *hehe*
