Oh, history entry is kinda weird too... On the 29th of Winterfilth in 2917, you were killed by poison in the darkness. You died of your wounds in Chamber of the Spiders. <- but i only died once? :P

Maybe there are some muddled rooms where is hard to flee off? (For example this room is full of webs and huge spider in there, blocking the way). Also, this room has only one exit- harder to flee out.

sucks...but good thing you didnt mob die..I would just say that as a caster never enter a room when mob is wounded already with out enough mana to kill it

Quaff antidote,unload quakes, flee and refresh armour. Then just bolt/flee spider dead. Done that many times, quite easy.
