It is called "selective reading skills." I feel like I should put some sort
of disclaimer for silly people: this is unofficial site, and we never pretended
otherwise. Somehow we never had anyone getting confused until last month.
In the interest of fairness, Malachi, how come you are not complaining
on elvenrunes about Vaire, Earendil, Gothmog, Manwe, etc posting under their
own "official" management names? And for the last time: bugboard is your friend,
use the bugboard. I appreciate, encourage even,
you posting amusing logs of, err, features here,
but it is not a substitute for filing a bug report.

I have no opinion on whether or not MUME mgmt posts off or on websites. I am simply observing the paradox of your posting. You beg people not to treat these as offical sites, yet posting here with your name gives it such credibility to most players :P

Just because these sites are unofficial doesn't mean some of us do not read
them. The fact that we do (even Manwe does!!!), should not be construed as an
imprimatur of officialdom. The fact that ER has Valar among it's management
means very little. The fact is these sites add something to the MUME experience,
but if you want an official response to anything use the in-game mechanisms.

My own expirience with some bugs told me that you wont get answer to whatever you ask, it doesnt depend on mechanisms you try. Even spammailing/telling didnt bring anything.
