well either he was 0 moves / food or someshit or link probs , i NEVER understand thiefs who perma try immediate double stabs , at least on ppl they know realise that searching or moving. im guess he was massively lagged , although rather than moving should tried to yell it :(
Linkdrop2002-04-03 19:45:20
Use me!
Lana2002-04-03 20:35:26
well, a few seconds later korax and co showed up so i figured he coulda narrated stuff...and if u think people dont expect u to stab again....the more u should try...or something
gamon2002-04-04 01:28:37
dude that sucks i think that you should have quick searched the hole time....but to the killer nice kill i liked the stab 1 stab kill
A pony2002-04-04 01:40:41
You killed my rider! Noooooooooooooo.............
aelgon2002-04-04 03:07:02
ehh.... it was a tad more than 1 stab gamon, nice try tho. gratz on kill, in log he seems kinda linkdead, but you cant really notice it spurr of the moment.
gaurog2002-04-04 06:09:32
seems linkdead??? you seem kinda braindead. how can you say he didnt take a few seconds to narrate his position, or whatever--anything...don't be absurd.
Agnes2002-04-04 08:31:25
i always use u link drop, *stare*
Ochra2002-04-04 08:49:02
Linkdead? Come on, he searched, he moved. Was just lagged or outta moves. ANd use your linkdrop then, before you start making others linkless-killers :P

Mouser2002-04-04 21:56:17
doesnt look linkdead unless she lost it right before stab ...... certainly it wasnt apparent to lana .... my guess she was busy doing something else aside from searching or slightly lagged
Farok2002-04-04 23:12:10
Yeah Goretongue, it means suck my cock... :-)
Unknown2002-04-04 23:34:51
Ancient piece of a advice -- type search thorough if you absolutely have to
narrate with a stabber around.
Paque2002-04-04 23:45:26
I was just killed linkdead/lagged by Jarlaxle (same player who killed Rmilerwith linkless flag). He says he saw commands go through - I couldn't see a damn thing. Shit happens, but shit happening from the same guy who killed another char when he had flag (and came up with some shitty story), makes you wonder how many times he had to hit.
Fezz2002-04-05 02:55:22
Why dont u just ask the person who died if he was linkdead or not? and doenst LD usually mean learning disabled?
Filibert2002-04-05 08:50:29
Hmmm, I have to put my ass on the line in this discussion now. First I have to say that killing linkless is not something that I like or support at all but, and here comes what makes this a tricky question, this is a internet based game, meaning that you cannot controll your own link to the game, if everybody was playing from a room outside the server this discussion would be all different, but now we play from all over the world. Sometimes you get lag, from various reasons, that you cannot controll, for that reason the valars have created linkdrop, to aviod players that get a sudden burst of to still look as if they had. Some people use this, I always have mine at 10 secs, problem is that a stab lands in under 10 secs, 2 sprays is under 10 secs and so on, so even with that you are not safe, but calling everyone a linklesskiller, just because you had a sudden lag is not fair either. I have over the years, both killed linkless people without knowing it and got killed linkless without my excecutioner knowing about it, you get mad if you get killed, you fell abit ashamed if you killed someone, but still this is a god damn retarded computergame and not Real Life, most of us play because we wanna have fun, and getting some new eq to get on with your playing ain't that hard. I don't know where I was heading with this anymore, I just get so pissed of all this whining from people who are just so full of it, and have to whine over everything that they have nothing to do with.
Temegl2002-04-05 15:41:43
AFK=A Free Kill
LD=Lirerally Dead
Mume8 ho!
Aschit2002-04-06 01:45:59
Looked clean to me. I wonder though if it was true linkloss or just lag? Several times people have claimed I killed them linkless when what they really meant was they got a .5 second freeze. Since I play in .5 seconds of lag half the time anyway, I don't feel much sympathy for those. However, the 1-2 times I have killed a legitimately linkless (without flag) person, I really do feel crappy :( In fact, I have missed kills from people that would have died just because they were clueless or moveless and I stopped to ask if they were lagging :P
goretongue2002-04-08 05:39:45
just for the record paque was not linkdead when jarlaxle killed him. the log was posted on elvenrunes from j's side if anyone gives a half a shit. smear campaigns suck.
