Your site isn't banned, but mume was having host resolution problems (or whatever you call it). If you're bansited then you can get to the "By what name do you wish to be known?" bit, then you're refused.

It's fire.pvv.org, not fire.ppv.org. Is fire.pvv.org unaccessible as well?

...and by the way, MUME management has no control over the network problems. So if there is a connection problem somewhere, it's most likely not going to be fixed by anyone associated with MUME.

There are currently no bans up, and yes, we know what a LAN is. It's a collection of computers on the same network. It does not automatically mean "a bunch of people playing from the same host", that's called "a private LAN with a firewall". Much of the time, people who shout "LAN", "it's my brother/sister/dog's account", or "I'm sorry, I didn't read the rules" on MUME are trying to get away with cheating.
