It's so unimportant to see when your opponent starts casting, that it is cut out by spam reduction.

i tried to fight solo against caster and dwarf... got dwarf to wounded but then started to eat spells(like 4-5 sprays) and didnt even see that caster started some strange...  really annoying.

Spam reduction also takes out when a spell hits a target sometimes. So given players X, Y, and Z, if X casts dispel on Y, Z may not see that it hit the target it because of spam red.

Well, why spamreduction applies to such important things like when your group leader gets bashed in pk? I never missed a bash vs mobs i think. Just weird!
