Well, to be honest this could also be some sort of trick trap type of thing. For example this dwarf is kill horny for lowbie bn's and possibly orc's so what he does is shroud himself and drop a receipt so that a bn or orc come's by and pick's it up and boom another one bite's the dust. But then again was a receipt for a MDA the only receipt he had? Why not just for a plain shirt?...
