Well im level 65, 500k to 66 and when even my harm wouldn't rock,
then FUCK SHAMANS! Of course it rocks:), some +6 attack *blink*

and... quickharm takes 37mana, i have 100+ mana, and usually im not full,
shaman regen sucks, because of low mentals, so when i share my harms away,
im useless, tho it seems i share em in right spots:p

Harm being overpowered, when does 150 damage, then wtf is dispel, doing 150+ damage and sprays doing 100+ damage and bolts doing 80damage, with 2 times less mana cost and 3 times of the speed? Quickspells were the only thing what made shamans usable in nuking again, after they removed paralyze :P
