##Well, log does not show it, but i had a mume alias/client alias conflict and my port did
not work... though as i said, it was probably no port anyways.  I did get him wounded at
least =p  Purple scroll+legend orc warrior vs. mage with no purple or blues =p  I think the
outcome would be obvious in most cases...##

He recited a purple scroll after he ate one spray and a stored fireball (fine hps). He ate another two sprays and a fireball to wounded after that... He also had healscrolls so i could not have won either way.

Wrong orc is right..when I saw Durcano tho I had to root for the
underdog puke. So I was a little pissed when you started curing yourself,
when you should have kept spraying him! Curing only prolongs the inevitable

Well, imo you should have used a faster spell since he was sanced anyway. Shock would have been the best, but even bolt would have worked just fine. The good side being lower manacost and bigger chance to get spell in b4 he flees (which he did a couple of times)... And dispel magic would have done great :)

Yeah, i should have bolted/burned him. I just learned bolt so it is not yet a reflex for me to use in pk. I was also kinda wondering what you were doing inside that xp spot. I figured you were a lowbie orc until i was rudely awakened by your hammer and saw your name =p Hey, thanks Duvel! =)

Mages who use burn on fire resistant orcs just brand themselves as clueless legends who need to be killed. A spell that does low damage, that is also ineffiecent vs orcs, prob would not have saved you there. Just a guess though!

Aye, the only reason i fireballed him was because they were stored spells and i wanted to do some quick damage. I would have bolted him also, had i been used to having that spell and even having an alias/bind key made =p
