Storeport has it's uses, but this really wasn't the case. In some overkill fight, like 4 poisoning smiters on a solo puke-caster :P, it is quiet ok imo. But this fight could have gone either way if you would have stuck around. You should have tried: tell PROTECT ME! instead if you get targeted...

Just so you know, one of the bn's i think elrik wasn't even prac'd ie
no armour no shield no offensive spells, so while elrik and stormblast
do rock hard, we had 1 less nuker then the numbers appear to suggest.

Rogon almost guessed it right, after 2 secs I got sprayed to hurt so I fled
because I wanted to change target so I targetted arowan and he almost insta died when I did that. And you called me pussy from fleeing after 2 sprays
but you teleport out instead. about the counting, we were 6 you were 5 + stormblast had ripped earlier so he had no eq that goes for elrik to but they rocked still!

I had the backscroll captured, but somehow managed to lose it :(. Anyway, here
was the situation: Relim had been running around Warrens/Ford/Ger/Oer for some
time already, with 2-3 groups (with me solo) after him, hoping he'd run out of
moves eventually. Which he prolly did, cause he entered caravanserai or sri
lanka or whatever it is called. 1 more halfie was in there and to be hones, me
and nacs (who arrived first) didn't want to block ourselves in there with mobs
and 2 players. So more ticked in, meanwhile Elroh and GElf scout us, and we
know there are lots of pklegends on the whitie side playing. Which means we
could get portalled in on.

So we portal in, Relim and halfie die fast and we have an option to portal out
bash 1 of the blocks or whatever. (Btw I was sure that as soon as we portal
pukes enter the same portal and spank us good). Then Rhuka narrates about some
6 pukes around - which pretty much means that our caution was justified. Since
none of us were hurt (tho me and elrik low on mana), we decide to fight. Because
we're so sure, that if we stay it will be a fun and even fight. So mr. Gelf, you
are proud of that storeport in the start as said? Well that is just as well,
cause I know we are hell of a proud of it too :)))) <- see my happy and proud
smile? Was a 6:6 fight, pukes started ok, I got targeted, bashed, spelled, and
would have eventually ripped in some 20 secs, but once you ported... oh the
breeze :).

Isn't it quite obvious that Glithraril is a newbie, and as a newbie, you do pretty stupid things, like killing linkless people, trying to reg moves behind closable exits with lots of enemies around, charge headling into briar etc....

I know I tried porting out of an oldforest trap when I was err, more newbish than I am now. Twice.

So while all these comments might be quite relevant if he was an experienced player, you all really do make fools of yourselves. Or did you not ever do silly things as a newbie? I know I certainly did, and I cherish the memories. Nowadays it mostly traptraptrap whinewhinewhine, but when you're a newbie everything is an adventure, and you are actually happy to overkill people 5-6 vs 1. After all, I play this game to have fun.

before i storeported... i was wounded with no armour when i storeported.
And yes rogon you are right about the lab thing, after all i didn't show up to
try and help those 2 trapped bastards out. And no i seriously don't think they
typed k glithraril but it seems like k *elf* worked just as well. And last i don't
enter closables!!!! Keep that in your mind....i wasn't trying to pk but to help
2 trapped pukes out. And sure i'll storeport out from such an event if it isn't
going my way...actually the ONLY reason i entered that closeble was that i did
have a stored teleport.

Actually I would say that having a stored port is not always a bad idea. These days with all the loser dipshit trapper fucks there are on this game, you play russian roulette every time you enter a closable area. You may say "well 3 stored sprays will help you kill them then", but the fact is you will get los on most of those storeds if more than 1 person, so they will be useless anyhow. If using a skill to get out of a potential deathtrap is lame, then so is bashing or breaking a door, or using a rock fragment. It is however, very lame to storeport out of a fight that is even and leaving your group to die because of panic. But then again if you were wounded and arm down like you say, and being targetted, I'd get the fuck outta dodge too - what good will u do yer group when u are dead?

P(Glithrathil) has made it clear he also plays Thilax. Thilax is a level 40+ guy who hangs around with Teolin according to his whois. This means he now has at least 2 level 25+ chars. The log shows you *clearly* didn't have time to go from fine (when I was on same orc as you) to wounded in one instaflee return port. Make all the exscuses you want, you were just a big weenie that fight. Maybe thats how some elves fight (not all!), but no true soldier of Gondor would even consider doing that.

I must admit i used a storeport once..but i had 4 orcs on me being solo, low on moves AND awful near rivendell...usually i just die :)

Gilrathil did spray a couple of orcs before porting, so he did try a little to fight until he got hit. I have no idea wether he was using normal sprays, or used stored sprays and ported once those were gone though. Either way the result was the same.

i remember when ricola used to store 2 sprays and a port, or 2 call lightnings
and a port and spray spray port....or call call port (against 6 ologs).
Then i figured out I could store 3 sprays if i just got rid of that port.
Then they downgraded port.
Then it became useless to get around from RDEl to NENI to BRee...
I maxed bob, but for some reason i keep port, i dunno why. :)
oh yeah, cuz now i spray spray pukies and i need to port away when they
chasing! :)

It means Nacs you weren't named to me at that time, and you were the 5th darkie in the list. But, after one of us died you were then named to me, so I also showed who you were. As for Thilax Reivax, that char is over level 40, hardly a newbie level anymore...unless you are saying he's the equivalant of Tia (which he isn't cause Tia is actually a nice person, doesn't abandon her group, etc). With Gilrathril, he has another hero+ char, so at what point does he stop being considered a newbie?
