Although i have never portet out of a battle yet, i would seriously consider it if i got my butt kicked vs 3 mean trolls like that and knew i couldnt get backup. There is no honor in dying like a pig :) But then again its no honor in teleporting out of a battle either. Give da man a break, maybe he just paniced :)

Heh, oki it was like this, i was leading my friend who doesn't know near Rdell area. So when we met 3 trolls he fled and spamed to some shit. It was too bad i had no armour no shield (all was extremly hard) u can see in log i casted it later. Well i though i can lead that nasty group out from my friend and got some damn bad flees, was hurt, slow, armour again down, so i think i was realy lucky i had this port stored. Too bad for trollies but no comf :)

To Lothar: Well, if leader dies and follower is clueless (as many pukes are)you've got an extra free kill... And it's also usually good practice to hit the caster :)

I don't get it, what's wrong with storeports? Who wouldn't have ported out in this situation, one single caster against 3 spamhitting legendtrolls (who hit damn hard)? No, I think Berin did the right thing here, otherwise he would have died.
