It's no bug, it's a change how wounds work.

Read about it in news 2084 and 2090.

Sorry, Mandor, but I think you are wrong.

Bound wounds might and should change state. Sure.

When wounds change state, max hps may also update. Fine, no problem.

However, when changing state does not change the max hp, it probably should not cause a drop in current hps either.

What he logged seems like a flaw in the wound update algorithm. Everyone knows it is there, but the coders cannot seem to get to fixing it.
