21 burns and the ice didnt melt. Sounds like a bug to me. It usually melts after couple of burns.
You should report it.

Second of all, we already reported this, doubt we'll get reimb as the valars are so godamn slow when it comes to this thing.
third of all, I dont really care if we get reimb or not since I quitted and its all good =)
