Well, what I mean is, on ER you have to post the greatest fight in the history of MUME or everyone flames it. Here I can post just a log of some fight and it doesn't get perma-flamed by everyone.

That's because not everyone reads mume.net. :P

Logs get flamed here as well, but at least here you can say naught things without V*ire removing it to protect the children.

Back before ER, mume.net was the great place to post logs. Biggest annoyance was people "faking" usernames and also the tons of anonymous bullshit comments. Which is why people went over to Elvenrunes immediately...and of course Axel did a great job of making a very nite site. At that time mume.net faded. Still, a lot of pretty nice logs are buried here, and Im glad to see they are once again available.

The funniest part of mume.net was the comments from An Estonian etc.... made it funny.

Eh Sogard, mume.mine.nu was Mandor's mirror of mume.net, installed just a couple of years ago after the original mume.net server collapsed. It did not exist before that.

My mirror was put up just a few months after the mume.net-crash. I did not allow people to comment nor post (due to being asked to forgo that by the then mume.net admins).

There's a group of players on mume who don't enjoy challenges.
Most of you call them wimps, overkillers, ldkillers etc. I usually call them 'the people who would quit in less than a week if they had to play from Australia' :)
