Cave Trolls have highest strength, they have got +2 str bonus when they reach age 3, mountain trolls therefore have most hp, almost 50 more than other 2 in 3rd age. Hill trolls have most moves because they have used to climb more than other races of troll. Mountain troll = +50hp Cave troll = +2 str Hill Troll = +10 moves

Just read the help files, then make a troll and find a nice other troll to teach you some basics about the race. The 'advice' here is worthless, as most is utterly bullshit by stupid players.
