How can I appreciate the efforts when I have no proof that said efforts existed? Why not show a log or a series of log proving that he did in fact cheat. If he cheated then by all means punish him, but until I have proof, I will assume another black man has been sent to deathrow because of white anger and prejudice.

The evidence is not in a form that I can present to you in terms of a single log snippet showing him auto tracking. But rather in the massive amount of times he follows tracks without ever making a single mistake and doing this at lightning speed. You may call it circumstancial, but after snooping for 3 days (and yes >10 hours) the pattern is very conclusive. It is not humanly possible to perform this act, and leaves no doubt that cheating is involved.

After he was demoted we snooped and his pattern of tracking had suddenly changed to pretyping dirs instead of the normal lightning fast response to track output.

For example here, Namo decides out of the blue that he would watch someone for 10 hours rl? (First off, get a life), but my point is that it is highly unlikely, as there are up to 100 people logged at any given time, that Namo did not already have a prejudicial notion that the suspect was guilty. I, of course, do not have the ability, desire, or resources to investigate, but it dosn't take a rocket scientist (we have those in America) to figure out that Namo went into this investigation with the sole intent to demote or otherwise punish and publicly ridicule the suspect, one way or another, and after 10 hours, the best he could come up with was that the suspect didn't mistype when he tracked.

From my experience no one is more suspicious of someone using actions than the players themselves. I'm very often contacted by some victim claiming his opponent used actions.

That said, if you are repeat offender you shouldn't be surprised if you're snooped now and again to check up on your current methods.

Also, when Namo said 10 hours of snooping I'm sure he was estimating the total hours used by everyone who snooped. I doubt he has 10 hours to dedicate to such a tedious task. So there were more than one person snooping and we all came to the same conclusion.

If you show me a snippet of where I hunt someone for more then 3 rooms and a log of the target trying to move, then I will gladly take the demotion. It's just lame to demote me for action hunting without any evidence. You could have demoted me for the ZBLAM! action tho, which I do have and not for some made up shit.

I can't imagine that an innocent man would glady accept punishment for something that he didn't do just because Namo might produce a log of him getting lucky 3+ times in a row. If you have been using actions you got what you deserved, whether there is proof or not.

What awes me is that I actually spent a year and a half of my life on this game.
