Max int, high wis, 14-ish per, and 15+ wil. (Wil is the key!) Put the rest into con/str/dex as it suits you. The nice thing with mages though is that you can have a bevy of different stats, and still have a very powerful mage. (Depending on what spells you practice).

what race? if its elf just max int...13 per, 14 will str might not matter...get at least 12 con though it sounds like u could need it wis 15-16. decent stats I guess...
