Euhm... I was just wondering if some1 could direct me to a site where I can download a client that works with Linux... I've tried like the most regular ones, powwty/jmc/zmud/portalmud,etc. None of em works atm...

I'd really appreciate it if some1 could help me out :D

snakr.is.dreaming.org <-- from there go to mudclients section, if you want JMC like linux client, get TinTin++, if you want powtty like linux client get powwow, there's many more to seek out aswell.

Hello grotek u can download powwow for linux here: http://hoopajoo.net/projects/powwow.html

powwow for the win, powerful scripting and compiles clean.

Debo, for an example on bsd powwow doesnt compile without certain libraries like readline, most of the servers dont have it built-in and you gotta download extra stuff, etc. etc. it all depends on wich distro you're using and can you download extra libraries if needed (eg. if you're root or just user)

It compiled fine from source, whatever tarball is on the main development site on my freebsd server, and it's also in the ports collection, never had any problems on my bsd boxes with it.

I just found tintin++ (http://www.scandum.com/tintin/) which is console based and runs well enough (and probably only requires minimal libraries)

Not as many features, but its GUI. Gnome-mud (http://amcl.sourceforge.net/). Main thing for me is that its lightweight and doesn't require fifteen libraries.
